Each paper presenter is given 12 minutes to present and 3 minutes for Q&A. Please strictly observe the time limit in order to facilitate movements of participants between sessions.

It is advisable for presenters to submit their presentation slides to the Google Drive link (https://bit.ly/Slide_ISS) by 18 September 2025 (Thursday). All information such as the title of the paper, authors’ names, and affiliations must appear on the first slide of the presentation.

Presenters are required to be in the assigned parallel room at least 10 minutes before the session starts. This is to ensure that there is ample time for setting up the presentations and the session chair’s brief instructions.
